Migrating to Team arrange

DCPVL is thrilled to partner with TeamArrange to bring you a one-stop hub for registration, drafts, schedules, standings and team/player information. This will replace LeagueApps and the DCPVL.org dashboard.

We have worked closely with the TeamArrange development team to customize the interface and functionality to meet DCPVL’s needs. This will be an on-going effort, and some of the advanced functionality will be rolled out in phases. I am very excited about what’s here, and even more so for what’s coming! DCPVL is extremely grateful to the TeamArrange team, which includes developers that are passionate about volleyball and eager to expand their offerings to leagues.

Important dates

• Now: TeamArrange account creation
• Aug 6: Registration Phase 1, 7pm, for returning players (300 slots)
• Aug 7: Registration Phase 2, 7pm, for all players (100 slots)

Get ready for Season XVII

The last couple seasons, interest in DCPVL leagues has skyrocketed with same-day sellouts. Therefore, we strongly recommend creating your TeamArrange account ahead of registration opening to save time.

Create an account

1. Navigate to https://teamarrange.com/
2. Click Sign up.
3. Enter the following information:‍
   1. First Name ‍
   2. Last Name
   3. Email ‍
   4. Password
   5. Join Code = DCPVL
4. Accept TeamArrange’s Terms & Conditions.
5. Click Create Account.
   1. A confirmation popup will appear.
   2. You will receive an email from “hello@teamarrange.com”.
   3. It is recommended to add that email address to your contacts to ensure you don’t miss any communications in the future.
6. Within the confirmation email, click Verify Your Email.

Complete your user profile

Please read and follow these steps closely.

1. Login to your TeamArrange account.some text
   • Banners will appear at the top reminding you to complete mandatory fields.
2. From the main toolbar, click Profile.
3. Click the User tab on the left.
4. Select your preferred pronouns from the dropdown, then click Save Pronouns.
5. Upload a clear profile picture. ‍
   1. Recommended: crop the photo to square proportions, with only face and neck visible, facing the camera.
   2. Photos will be used during the draft by captains.
6. Select Preferred Court Positions and Shirt Size.
   1. Selections made here will be defaults for every session (league, open play, tournaments, etc.)
   2. Although you can modify these at registration, defaults will save you time.
7. Click the Groups tab on the left.
   1. Note: the DCPVL Player Directory is currently not active, so players can’t search for other players in the general membership.
   2. After the draft, only players drafted to a team may search for other players in the league.
8. Under Annual Agreements, click Sign Agreements.
   1. Carefully read and sign the DCPVL Waiver, and reconfirm TeamArrange’s Terms & Conditions.
9. If applicable, enter your NAGVA Rating.
   1. This will be the default for every session.
10. Update any other optional profile setting.

TeamArrange main menu

In TeamArrange, a “session” can refer to an open play session, a competitive league season, a tournament, a skills clinic, etc. In the main menu, you will find:

• Home: Sessions you are currently registered for
• Browse: Sessions available for registration
• Profile: User settings
